We have several videos on social media showing how strong and durable these Bluetooth headphones are. In the videos, we throw the TWS Pro wireless headphones off a roof, down a hill, into a well, and into the waking machine.

The TWS Pro Bluetooth headphones can be compared to the Apple Airpods in terms of design and user-friendliness and are equipped with the latest wireless Bluetooth technology (compatible with iPhone, as well as Android such as Samsung and Huawei).

Compared to most Bluetooth headphones, the TWS Pro wireless headphones have a longer battery life (approx. 3.5 hours) and an improved reception range (almost 10 meters). The headphones are automatically connected to the mobile phone as soon as they are taken out of the charging case. The latest chip technology ensures good sound quality.

You can charge the headphones several times with the charging case on the go, so that the headphones can be used for more than 7 hours with a charging time of one hour. Adding the multiple charging with the charging case and the microphone is a big plus compared to the TWS i12.

If the headphones don't have your favorite color, we have silicone Covers for these headphones in several colors for only CHF 3.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, via A Post. If you order before 15 p.m. (Monday - Saturday), the order should arrive the next day (shipping by A Post). To reduce our carbon footprint, all products are shipped with minimal packaging.

 Connection and pairing of the TWS Pro headphones

Step 1: Go to the Bluetooth settings of your mobile phone and delete all old or unavailable Bluetooth connections. Make sure your bluetooth is turned on.

Step 2: Search your Bluetooth connections for “TWS Pro”.

Step 3: A message will appear on your mobile phone. Click Connect and Enjooy!

 

TWS Pro Wireless Headphones Product Troubleshooting Guide

General troubleshooting solutions

Make sure your True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Pro v5.1 headphones are fully charged.

Make sure your bluetooth is turned on. Restart your smartphone Bluetooth by switching it off and on again.

 

Only one of the TWS Pro wireless headphones works. The headphones have no sound.

This usually happens when the customer has already purchased and is currently using another paid for wireless headset. Your phone is likely sending the sound to your older headphones rather than your TWS Pro.

This is the most common problem with all wireless headphones that use Bluetooth technology and is not specific to the True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Pro v5.1.

Step 1: Put both headphones in the charging case and make sure they are fully charged. Even if they are fully charged, put them back in the charging case and turn them off. The TWS Pro earbuds are turned off by pressing the button on the back of the charging case and making sure the light is off. Please note that with some models in darker colors, it may be difficult to see the light.

Step 2: Go to your smartphone's bluetooth settings and delete any bluetooth connections that are no longer in use. Also delete all "TWS Pro" Bluetooth connections. We will re-establish the bluetooth wireless connection in step 5.

Step 3: turn off your bluetooth. After 15 seconds, turn your Bluetooth back on.

Step 4: Turn the charging box back ON by pressing the button on the back of the case. The light should now be on.

Step 5: Take the TWS Pro wireless headphones out of the charging box and look for the “TWS Pro” Bluetooth connection on your mobile phone.

Step 6: A message will appear on your mobile phone. Click Connect and Enjooy!

    I'm thrilled, you can tell that everything was produced a little less high quality and accordingly they can't be compared with the original AirPods. But for the price it doesn't have to be, as I said, would buy it again in a heartbeat

    Very good product for this price. Touch operation is a bit necessary because it has to be touched with two fingers. Case I only think I have a lightning connector (I ordered type C, but still got a lightning connector, but received both a lightning and a type C cable: P).
    Was a bit skeptical because I had not received a confirmation email, but the product was there after 2 days.
