The TWS Pro Bluetooth headphones can be compared to Apple's Airpods in terms of design and ease of use. The TWS Pro is an upgraded, smaller, lighter product than the TWS i12, TWS i7, TWS i9, TWS i11, Inpods Mini 1 and Inpods Mini 2. The TWS Pro also have longer battery life and improved reception range, up to 12 meters away from your phone. The TWS Pro don't have annoying flashing lights when playing games.

Connection and pairing of the TWS Pro headphones
Step 1: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and delete all old or unavailable Bluetooth connections. Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on.
Step 2: Search your Bluetooth connections for "TWS Pro".
Step 3: A message appears on the Natel. Click connect... and enjoy!

General troubleshooting solutions
Please make sure the TWS Pro v5.1 True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones are fully charged.
Make sure your bluetooth is turned on. Restart your smartphone Bluetooth by switching it off and on again.
Only one of the TWS Pro wireless headphones works. The headphones have no sound.
This usually happens when the customer has already purchased and is currently using another paid for wireless headset. Your phone is likely sending the sound to your older headphones rather than your TWS Pro.
This is the most common problem with all wireless headphones that use Bluetooth technology and is not specific to the True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Pro v5.1.
Step 1: Put both headphones in the charging case and make sure they are fully charged. Even if they are fully charged, put them back in the charging case and turn them off. The TWS Pro earbuds are turned off by pressing the button on the back of the charging case and making sure the light is off. Please note that with some models in darker colors, it may be difficult to see the light.
Step 2: Go to your smartphone's bluetooth settings and delete any bluetooth connections that are no longer in use. Also delete all "TWS Pro" Bluetooth connections. We will re-establish the bluetooth wireless connection in step 5.
Step 3: turn off your bluetooth. After 15 seconds, turn your Bluetooth back on.
Step 4: Turn the charging box back ON by pressing the button on the back of the case. The light should now be on.
Step 5: Take the TWS Pro wireless headphones out of the charging box and look for the “TWS Pro” Bluetooth connection on your mobile phone.
Step 6: A message will appear on your mobile phone. Click Connect and Enjooy!
